Had my daughter visiting site from early age and never in 8 years once had the experience I recently had when Dr Urrea office appointment clerk and office mgr Lilly both declined a walkin urgent visit for my daughter that suffers from a ongoing eye virus , I had to Literally contact Dr Lemore located on whiitier blvd by doctors hospital for next day visit and medications , Never again will I take my child to Dr Urrea Monterey park location staff appears to be only concerned with copays and really don't place emphasis on the needs of the patient

Awful experience, first time I was waiting almost one hour and the second time two hours waiting and I have appointment. When I come up and ask the nurse how long it's gonna take ? She said she don't know ? Because they treat emergency patience first ? Wait this is not emergency room. Even other clinic or doctor office know when is your turn because you have appointment. They should know better when it's gonna take to check every patience so when they make appointment it has to be an hour difference so waiting room is not paling up with patience and there is not enough chairs, there is kids running around crying shouting, people talking so loud in their cellphone. They need to fix this. I have been seeing lots of doctors, clinics and hospital. The worse is general hospital and this almost same. Waiting is ridiculous why we make appointment if we still have to wait for hours ?
