Dr. Karen Senikowich Morgan, MD

A diagnosis I was never evaluated for appeared in my record, outside the clinician’s specialty. Errors like this could affect continuity of care and other medical decisions.

Dr. Morgan has provided excellent care for the 20+ years that I have been a patient. However, her affiliation with USC a few years ago has been unfortunate. The cost for a routine eye exam almost tripled. The USC billing system is a mess and there appears to be no accountability to anyone for anything, either in her office or with the USC system. If I have a serious eye issue, I would certainly want to have Dr. Morgan involved, but I have reluctantly concluded that I cannot use her for routine eye exams any more.

I highly recommend Dr. Morgan. She is competent, thorough, very well educated, and compassionate. A true scholar. I trust her completely with my vision.

The front desk staff was so rude and unprofessional that I didn't even want to make an appointment. As a physician myself, if my staff ever acted the way this Dr's staff acted with me, I will personally make sure that they would never find a job at a doc's office in this town. Good thing there are plenty of ophthalmologists around.

I have been seeing Dr Morgan probably 25+ years. I think she is an excellent ophthalmologist. Could be a little on the expensive side if you are not covered by insurance. Staff are long-time employees who seem to know the office's patients well. An older office that is well-maintained. I would have no hesitation in recommending her based on my perception of her personal honesty and competency. I might go a step further and say she is highly qualified.
