Dr Jackson has an office manager KIM that is totally rude and has no compassion. They did surgery on me and I had to leave with catheter and they charged me almost 300 dollars to take a catheter out one day after surgery. I would have done it myself had I know they were going to charge me that after a 1200 surgery that didn’t correct my problem.

Professional: knows his stuff and explains it very well in simple terms. Personable: Great "bed-side" manner. Was very relaxed during the times he spoke to me, never appeared rushed, listened to and addressed clearly every question and concern I had. Great sense of humor as well, which went towards making me more relaxed. Had no issue giving GOD the glory and assured me GOD was always in his ER. I would highly recommend Dr. Jackson to anyone that has any urological issues. Excellent Doctor with outstanding surgical skills, listening skills, and a man of Faith!

Dr Jackson was very patient and listened to my every concern. He spent lots of time making sure I understood everything about the vasectomy procedure. I had this built up in my mind to be painful and scary, and it was anything but that. The procedure was very quick and easy and recovery was next to nothing. I would highly recommend this doctor.

Had a problem this weekend that required an ER visit, and Dr. Jackson was the urologist on-call that ended up working with me. You never know who you're going to get in those situations, but Dr. Jackson was great. He knew what he was doing, had a great bed-side manner, explained his thoughts, listened to my comments... just great all around.

We love Dr. Jackson. He has has given excellent service to my husband. He is not only a caring doctor but one who makes you feel at ease and has great bedside manner. Thank you Doctor Jackson.

I would highly recommend this doctor. He has a good disposition and good attitude, friendly and listened to my concerns.

He seemed very concerned with my info that I fed to him. That signals a caring doctor to me. I need someone who will listen to my symptoms and study them rather than pretend to listen and diagnos me as a hypochdndriac. A patient knows her symptoms but does not know for sure what they mean unless she has experienced them before. I have done that since 1956 and the microsurgery for suspension was the 3rd time to go under the knife for that type of surgery and it was a mistake on my part for choosing that type of surgery. I have been diagnosis three times and the 2nd diagnosis was the correct one and that surgery lasted 50 plus years. I have a good feeling about Dr. Jackson like he knows what he is doing and he hopes to help me the best he can.
