I waited 4 hours to give blood work .. No time sense ..

He is waste of time

No offfice ethics - sense of time, urgency and courteousness towards paitients. We have to wait hours before he arrives or even soemtimes we do not know when he left the office. Are there any rules governing doctors who post the office hours and seldom punctual. Blood work results are never communicated to paitient. We have to call thousand times to either get a refill or reports. Not sure how the staff puts up with such irregularities and paitient complains.

Pilar his assistant is extremely incompetent, you'll find yourself writing your own medical clearance letters and approval letters. He is unreliable, you never know when he's going in to the office usually anywhere after 3 PM. Waiting time is up to 3 or 4 hours. He's with you 10 min tops. No privacy l, very often his daughters will be running around playing and walking in and out of the rooms while he's with you, he will sometimes even play with them. Cancels appointments and they don't even call. HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE! Wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy. I have surgery tomorrow and they still haven't made or sent my medical clearance letter!! I had to write myself by the way!! SUPER DISORGANIZED!!

This doctor and his office are remarkably poor. Think about all of the negative stereotypes of health-insurance-related medical care. His office is an example of most of them. * Wait times are always long. Waits tend to exceed 90 minutes with an appointment. * On multiple occasions I've heard office employees ask each other when the doctor would arrive, even with a full lobby of patients who've already waited over an hour. * Unnecessary tests and services are ordered. * Office staff have difficulty finding records, resulting in some medical steps being repeated needlessly. If this doctor were trying to cram in as many patients a day as possible while performing the most billable procedures as possible, I don't know that the level of care would be significantly different.
