Dr. Chandu Vemuri, MD

(Dr. Vemuri is now practicing @ UofM in Ann Arbor, MI) i was ordered to Dr. Vemuri by Workers Comp (DoL) for evaluation of TOS. i was warned by another UofM Dr. that Dr. Vemuri has a reputation of ordering numerous tests/treatments without providing a definitive diagnosis. this was exactly the case. he ordered physical, pain, and occupational therapies (despite my retirement disability) although i told him that no additional treatments could be performed without WC approval. When DoL/WC sent him a follow-up query, he responded to EVERY question with "patient is currently continuing evaluation". this was a lie because i did not return to UofM after the initial evaluation. entire time and travel to A2 for Dr. Vemuri's evaluation was a complete waste as was tax-payer cost for the evaluation.
