I am a licensed professional counselor with the state of Colorado. I started my education in the mental health field with receiving a Bachelors degree in Psychology from Florida Gulf Coast University and a Masters degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Denver Seminary.
I have experience providing professional counseling services to individuals, couples and groups in a variety of community agencies as well as private practice.
I offer holistic therapeutic support to adults who are experiencing issues of anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationships, communication, self-esteem/image, career transitions, substance abuse, trauma and grief/loss.
I use a person centered, relational, strengths based approach that meets the person where they are and journeys with them toward self-discovery, healing and empowerment.
