Dr. Charles D Cohn, MD

Dr. Cohn is ok but his whole operation is terrible. It is almost impossible to talk to a real person or get a call back. They say use the patient portal which SUCKS!

He is my primary physician. He is caring and never seems impatient with me.

one cannot get in touch with Dr Cohn by phone. There seems to be no continuity of his staff. All communication has to go through a patient portal. During examinations Dr Cohn does not activily listen; He brings his computer into the room and looks mostly at the keyboard or screen. After being a patient for a number of years, I don't think he knows my name. He is medically knowledgeable but is sorely lacking in a "bedside manner"

I found Dr. Cohn to be a pleasant person, however, on two occasions when I made an appt. after a hospital admission, he did not have my information so my visit was a waste of time. I was in the hospital for eleven days and then required rehab. I was there 30 minutes before my appt. and I was not seen until 45 minutes after my scheduled appt. It was also 30 minutes before closing and he did not have my chart from the hospital so he did not know why I was there. I summarized my hospital stay and asked if I could have blood work done. He ordered blood be drawn and a day later someone called me to say it was normal. That was rather vague since I had been in the hospital and treated for e-coli and c-diff. I expected my doctor to call and explain the results. That's when I decided to find another doctor.

Dr is ok but they need to change their response to phone calls. they never return calls. It is almost impossible to speak to a real person.

Takes time when needed and has good follow through.

At 54 years old, this was the worst medical practice I have ever become involved with. - The staff is rude. - The procedure of contact took me to voice mail and attempted phone contact for 7 hours. I left a voice mail as prompted with no return phone call. - Dr. Cohn has poor beside manner with rushed answers.

Dr. Cohn is like a doctor from the past, he calls me himself with lab results, is always available for questions, and gives me as much time as I need. I trust his opinion entirely and I always feel I am getting great care. I highly recommend Dr. Cohn

Dr. Cohn listens and responds in a professional and respectful manner.He is prompt, thorough, and knowledgeable.He follows up each physical with an accurate report in writing. The staff is courteous, respectful, and efficient.

I have used Dr. Chuck Cohn for 5 or 6 years and I like him. His followup has been excellent and on several occasions he has called me himself with test results. During the calls he compares the results with previous year's tests and discussed the trend. He's the first Dr. to call me with test results, and the first to go back and look at previous test results for comparison. When he changed practices a few years ago, he gave me his cell phone number so I could reach him if I needed him. I feel like he listens and cares and knows what he's talking about. I would recommend him
