Dr. Charles James Matuszak, MD

If you are on worker’s comp he will screw you and go behind your back with a worker’s comp lawyer and say that you can go back to work full duty when you still can’t do your job. Just to let you know what kind of a doctor he is he told me that I didn’t need my knee to play golf.

I was referred to Dr. Matuszak by my Primary Care Physician over (4) years ago, because a Surgeon in Boca Raton never contacted my Primary or did any pre-ops, but scheduled me for surgery. Nevertheless, I went to Dr. M, and he was attentive, knowledgeable and concerned. His staff was friendly and engaging. My wait time has always been about 15 minutes.

TERRIBLE OFFICE MANAGEMENT AND HE DOES NOT FOLLOW UP ON CALLS. SANDY HIS ASSISTANT IS THE WORST ON FOLLOW US. POOR OFFICE MANAGEMENT... GO SOME WHERE ELSE.

The most important thing is that Dr. matuszak did a great painless surgery on me.

After waiting over 1 hour and 45 minutes, he could not wait to get rid of us and to add insult to injury, does not even give shots for pain but informed us we needed to go to a radiologist for any/all shots.

Staff well know among this doctor's patient that they are highly negligent. X-day, CT Scan, or MRI prescriptions are never called in, Pharmacy proscriptions also are never called in. You have to keep pushing this Doctor's staff to get them to do their Job.

I was told i needed to see a specialist for my hand. The new dr. Told me slitely different diagnosis. I went to miami hand center. Im now slitely confused at my diagnosis. I feel my exrays were clearer at dr. Matuszacks office...due to distance of office im getting my exrays and going to a different orthopedic for follow ups. Id rather stay at dr. Matuszacks...but im told he doesnt specialuze in my diagnosis.
