I found Dr. Charlotte Ebner to be rude and extremely unprofessional. It appeared to me that she has self esteem issues as I called her Charlotte and she yelled at me twice to call her Dr. Ebner. My experience was that she does not possess the demeanor, heart or patience to be dealing with ill patients. I wish I looked up her reviews prior to my Dr. visit. I will not allow her to treat me and I do not recommend her or Reagan Medical in any way. I left with no prescriptions, no referrals, and $75.00 poorer for the experience, all the while I had to listen to how she spent 41 minutes with me..... I was unaware that she was keeping track. I thought the focus was on practicing medicine and helping people, not her time clock. Never again....

The other reviewers were right when they said she has a bad bed side manner! On top of that, my daughter was sick with a sore throat and bad headaches and was told that the antibiotic she prescribed for her would treat strep or sinus infections. I get home (immediately we knew from what was coming out of her sinuses that it was indeed a sinus infection) and look up the antibiotic she prescribed and it says that it’s not recommended for the sinus infection. So I call to ask this doctor to change the prescription and she REFUSED! Said everything she could but call me a liar that my daughter (16) was too young to have a sinus infection! Seriously?! Too young?! I’ve had them since I was 12!! I told her how unprofessional she was and hung up. I should’ve trusted the bad reviews!! Do yourself a favor and see a respectable doctor.

She is awesome! Gets to know you personally and takes her time with her patients. She is no longer at Braselton or Bethlehem. There are a ton of her patients trying to locate her. I will keep looking for her. Of course previous office will not give out any info.

Honestly, I feel like she did not understand me. She did not listen to any of my concerns. She seemed really nervous and felt like I was being rushed.
