Dr. Chase Henderson Miller, MD

Dr. Miller performed surgery on me over 20 years ago. She is fantastic. She is an excellent human being who is very empathetic and compassionate.

Dr. Miller is a physician that lets you talk without listening to you, shoves you into treatment whether it has any relevance to what is going on transfers you to the PA which ignores any questions and keeps treating you with the same treatment. Don't go to this individual.

Nothing could have been done to make this visit a more acceptable experience.

My son is on his third set of tubes, all done by Dr. Miller. The first few times we went to her I was very disappointed by her bedside manner. She was not very friendly and didn't seem like a very good "kid" doctor. However, since we have been back quite a few times for check ups she has seemed to warm up some. My son is very friendly and social which I think helps to bring out her warmer side. I think she is very knowledge and knows her stuff, but lacks in some bedside manner.

I saw Dr Miller 5 times - twice pre-surgery, once at surgery, twice for followup after surgery. Her main office is efficient and well organized. Wait times were minimal. Her outpatient surgery facility is exceptional. Pre-surgery she was clear in her diagnosis and presented options and time for me to consider them. She was accurate in her description of the post-surgery experience. She is not a "warm" personality - but that's what my friends are for. She was efficient, competent, and reliable - exactly what I want in my surgeons.
