Summary
I am dedicated to working with adult clients to promote personal, mental, professional, and overall wellness. The diverse populations with which I have worked have given me experience with a variety of different challenges: depression and anxiety, LGBTQ+ identities, sexuality concerns, mood disorders, trauma, ADHD, ADD, and many others. I use an eclectic approach in therapy which often includes solution-focused therapy, mindfulness, and cognitive behavioral theory. The target is always to work together to find methods/approaches that work best for you and steer you toward your therapeutic goals .
For some folks there is a specific event that brings them to seek therapy, but this is not always the case. Life can be challenging, but having an unbiased ear to meaningfully listen can be a positive step for all people. Additionally, choosing to embrace the chance to explore ways to grow personally while developing new therapeutic tools and skills are excellent benefits.
The ability to …provide telehealth options for people is making therapeutic services more accessible than ever and gives folks the opportunity to embark on a positive trajectory. Taking the steps to engage in therapy is a gigantic and sometimes scary step. I thank you for considering having me join you on this journey!
