Dr. Chester Changhyun Lee, MD

I have been going to Dr Chester Lee for over a year and I have to say he is one of the best Doctors I have dealt with. Very nice and thorough, and easy to talk to. Found I had Cancer when other Doctors missed it. Then he did surgery to remove it, and even his follow up visits were thorough. I highly recommend Dr Chester Lee.

Professional, caring, friendly, answers questions, gives information and does not rush into doing surgery

Almost a month after a kidney scan he still hadn't contacted me to discuss the results. I had received the report by email from the hospital in less than a week and went over it with a relative in the medical field. After a month I called my Primary Care Physician who referred him. The office called him and he finally called me the next day, with an attitude, almost a full month after the scan. His tone was one of impatience as I asked 2 questions. His staff twice scheduled me for another test at the hospital even though I asked them to wait until after the holidays.

My wife and I have been seeing Dr. Lee for treatment of my urological problems for several years now. We are highly satisfied with his expertise, punctuality, and down-to-earth bedside manner. He is the only doctor I don't dread visiting. The office staff, with one exception, is friendly and professional. God bless Dr. Lee.

Dr. Chester Lee is a great physician, doesn't rush to do surgery...is knowledgeable, explains thoroughly, answers questions and does not rush you...we have recommended him to many people, and know people who love him...I wish I could give 10 stars; he deserves it.

He is caring, patient besides being a wonderful Doctor

Experience may be an issue.a little unsure about plan. Spent much time with me but not confident in doctor.

The office has some work to do - Somewhat difficult to deal with the secretaries.But I felt Dr. Lee always spends more than enough time with me. He says he runs late in the office because he wants to give as much time as needed to the patients. Very rare these days. And I certainly felt it was true when I saw him.I have no hesitation recommending him to my family or friends.

I don't want to go into it but this doctor made some serious mistakes in my health care and does not like to be questioned in any way. He said one thing to me and in front of his fellow doctors said another. The other doctors in this group are great but he has made too many mistakes in my health care.

Three years ago, I was in terrible pain and knew it was a kidney stone (had one nine years earlier), so I called Dr. Affuso's office. I was told Dr. Chester Lee was on call; when he called me, I explained my pain, and he told me to try drinking half gallon of water. If that did not help, he told me to go to the E.R. The water did not help, so I got to the E.R several hours later, and Dr. Chester Lee arrived. I said to myself "Gee, he's young..." I have to tell you that he is not only an excellent dr. (had to remove the stone urologically, then another stone had to be "blasted" 6 wks. later...all from a lack of drinking water), but he also spends time explaining the situation, answers questions, and cares about his patients! Whenever I call his office, he says, "Hi, This is Chester Lee, Barbara, what's the problem?" That is how "down-to-earth" he is....he has taken care of me for 3 yrs. now, since he is watching a kidney cyst regularly, and I feel like he is a friend!
