I would leave zero stars if I could. After waiting over an hour, he finally sauntered into the exam room. He apparently didn’t like my answers as to why I was there and was the rudest, most condescending doctor I have ever met. He started talking to me like I was a child and then after moving my arms around a minute or 2, flat out told me he was tired of the “type of people” (primarily elderly, as I am) he had to “deal with around here… that he was used to doing work on people with catastrophic injuries, not minor stuff”. He actually told me to “try taking some Tylenol” and ushered me out the door. I was his last patient of the day and it was clear, he had no use for me. Well I now have no use for him.

Excellent visit with Dr Keen. A full assessment and treatment plan discussed.

The appointment was on time with the staff being very friendly and professional. The doctor took his time to explain his diagnosis and answer any concerns that I had.

So far so good!! Dr. Keen gets to the issues fast! The staff is very friendly and accommodating! Having my follow up next week after we get the CT results so I’m optimistic and feel like I’m in good hands!

Very thorough explanation and exam was spot on. Administered injections at this appointment did not need to come back in.

The staff was very efficient and pleasant. The wait time from checking in, to being taken back to a exam room was less than 5 minutes. Dr. Keen is very knowledgeable and takes time to explain options and allows you time to ask questions. I have had previous shoulder surgery with Dr. Keen and was very satisfied with the results.

The staff is very friendly and helpful, even though a very busy facility it runs like a well oiled machine. Dr. Keen and Kendall have been great before surgery and post op.

Referred by my primary physician. First appointment Physician Assistant (PA) did my health assessment. Dr. walks in for 1 minute. Second appointment again meeting with PA only orders MRI. 3rd appointment again PA only told I need surgery and continues to explain how he the PA plans to do my procedure. Did I miss something, do PAs have surgical privileges? Disappointed with Dr Keen’s lack of interest in my health care to the point of having little to no respect for his patient. So I guess patients meet their surgeon as they are wheeled into surgery. This may be a small community but we do have many highly educated professionals that know when medical treatment is incompetent.
