All around Poor service. He Could care less about helping patients

The worst ! Horrible bedside manner !

I have visited Dr. Milford's office several times due to stroke. Dr. Milford was not there. I saw P.A. who said Dr. Milford wanted to do a barrage of tests, most done in his office, not the hospital.an EEG, an Echocardiogram, Balance evaluation, a blood test. He also ordered an MRI, which was done in hospital. After completing test, I met with the P.A.who told me the results of all the tests, prescribed meds. and made a follow-up appointment. I saw the P.A. twice more, and then a notice was posted in the newspaper that Dr. Milford was closing the office, and to come and get our records. I NEVER SAW or talked to Dr. Milford. The P.A.s were competent, but, I wanted to see the DOCTOR!!! I learned that he only visited my town 2 days a month. He made a lot of money off my Insurance Company running all those tests in his office! I think he's a crook!

His Assistantis amazing also. The wait time to the care of their patients and the way they find they find what's wrong is great. Love your office ??.

My husband and I both have had poor experiences with this office.... 1st and foremost we have never been seen by a the doctor. My husband has Parkinson's, we transferred his files from his doctor in California including all X-rays, laboratory and neurological tests. With out so much as glancing at the files the practioner requested ALL tests, X-rays and lab work to be redone knowing we were paying out do our pockets. On hold until his insurance kicks in.... I was referred by my medical doctor to investigate why I was having mobility issues and night leg pain. My first visit I saw the same practioner, no problem. After several questions and a brief exam a full battery of testing was ordered. Once I completed the tests I returned for the results review and saw a new practioner. I was told there was nothing of concern found other than some peripheral neuropathy. I asked.... should I be experiencing the severe night pains in my legs with "some neuropathy". Reply No, so she ordered more… tests including 3 MRIs. Returned again, saw same practioner, "no nothing stands out"..... I asked about several area of concern notations in reports. Oh, well yes, we need to do another brain MRI and yes it also shows a hernia in the pelvic X-ray. She examined me, yes she could feel it.... I'm referring you to a surgeon. WELL..... Surgeon did not find a hernia, I had the brain MRI with contrast but never returned to that office. The 2nd practioner was very unprofessional, attire was not appropriate for a medical professional, fingernails were very long, pointed, bold polish and covered with rhinestones. And the final straw was she reeked of cigarettes. Never even spotted the doctor whose name is on everything!! Yep, looking for a new Neurolgist.

Great doctor that actually cares for his patients and makes sure they get the care they need and deserve. Hes a wonderful person, as well as his PA and staff

Insurance should cancel his contract. 2 tests i know were not done correctly. I don't even know what they are testing for. They changed nurses on me and the staff talked crap about the male nurse saying he was incompetent. Im thinking the 2 nd lady nurse was incompetent she didn't understand why i was there just said i need a pain management dr. I WANT TO GET FIXED. NO EPIDURALS IF YOU HAVE ANY KIND OF INFECTION AN EPIDURAL CAN CAUSE YOU SEVERE PAIN AND BECOME SICKER. I KNOW FROM EXPERIENCE.

menu tree with voicemail, butit is rare to get a return phone call,even for prescriptions hat were promised to be sent to pharmacy weeks prior! Doctor does not offer any strategy orsupport for recovery. poo poos any alternative ideas. charges high fee but does not seem to have any ideas on how to help and seems disinterested in patient's concerns. staff actslike you are bothering them and don't do what they promise to do. I'm looking for a new neurologist who knows what they are doing!

friendly staff. clean office. easy to get to, centrally located. the doctor listens to what you have to say. best place for help

the staff was nice and very helpful. the doctor actually listened and took time to hear what was going on. best office ever
