My visit last week, was a disappointment. I phoned to get an appointment because I woke up feeling like something was in my eye. The receptionist I spoke with said they could not see me until until May 6. Really?? I asked to be worked in same day, as I was in a lot of discomfort. I spoke with the Office Manager who said I had to be there in 15 minutes or they could not see me. I rushed to appointment and learned they no longer excepted my insurance. I was told it would be between $92 - $180. I agreed and was asked to pay $136. I was taken back pretty quick and seen by tech who did a couple of tests and gave me numbing drops which made my eye feel much better. I saw Dr. Parker and he examined & removed a tiny particle in less than 5 minutes. The front desk said I was all set. Walking out the front door, I was called back in to pay another $224 for the particle removal. I expressed my displeasure and LMTC for Dr. I received no call back after 20 yrs. of him being my Dr.

Dr uses very outdated equipment, don’t you notice how you have to crouch in chairs and they can’t get adjusted with the push of a button. Wondering how good the microscope is with which he examines your eyes. He is not a person that believes in staying up to date on new techniques, he thinks whatever worked 20 years ago still works. If we didn’t believe n technology , we all would be riding a donkey instead of a car.

Staff in the front desk they're average, they're not friendly no eye contact

I've been a patient for many yrs. Although I was young to have cataracts, he removed them and implanted new lenses in both eyes. I now have perfect vision without glasses.

Dr Parker is a outstanding eye specialist..He was my Dr for cataracts and Laser restored my vision..also he got wonderful reviews from two specialists that I saw as can't drive to Orlando now.To old to drive very much these days at 79 can't drive long distances...can't thank him enough...

I have been his patient for over 10 years. I have had some eye issues and he has been the guardian of my eyes. He's an expert in his field. I have confidence in him. He's serious and also funny.
