Dr. Claudia Leslie Taubman, MD

Dr. Taubman has been taking care of me for over 20 years. She is the best doctor I have ever had. Best bedside manner, thorough exams and genuine, caring person. I would highly recommend her.

I had the most horrible visit with this "doctor". She walked in over 50 minutes late and didn't say "hello" or "sorry for being late". She asked "why did I have my clothes on?" I had partially put my sweatshirt back on as it was freezing...I said because I've been here waiting. Then, after I asked her ONE question, she told me that was the reason she was so late, because others had asked questions. Excuse me? Aren't you SUPPOSED to ask a doc questions? She told me that I would have to schedule an appt to ask questions. OK, so you want more of my money when you should just schedule LESS patients so you can spend MORE time with them. Didn't you enter the medical field because you CARE about helping people? Then, when she gave me my results through the portal, her recommendations were short and confusing so I wrote back for more details and she never responded. Another day, she called me to give me the results of a test and my frustration came out but, she didn't let me… speak...she accused me of yelling and hung up. Is that professional? I actually have a call recorder on my phone and intend to play the call where I was NOT yelling for her office manager...but I was told the officer manager could care less as well from other patients I have spoken to that go there. A friend who is a nurse has seen her also told me that when you're at Taubman's age, you just stop caring as she probably plans to retire soon. That is something you can definitely see. I will never go here again. Spare yourself a visit with Taubman.

I've been Dr. Taubman for years. Love, love, love her by far one the best doctors I've ever used.

I have been going to Dr. Taubman for nearly 5 years, so I have seen the good and the not so good.Dr. Taubman takes the time to explain EVERYTHING! If you have any sort of complications, or just have general questions, you will not leave her presence without being well-informed.Downside - I had a scheduling issue during a period of time, and it was due to my insurance accepting one procedure and not the other. Dr. Taubman checked my insurance before scheduling the appointment, but misunderstood the terms, which resulted in a waste of my time. She was very apologetic, but considering I drove from Baltimore during rush hour, it was a true inconvenience. Dr. Taubman also has very limited appointments (only works Weds-Fri), so if you're looking for flexibility, you're in the wrong place.Also, Dr. T is a licensed OB/GYN, but does not do deliveries, so I was disappointed to find out she could not see me through my pregnancy once I conceived. Overall, she is well informed, prompt, extremely… courteous, and empathetic. She also has a GREAT assistant! If you can tolerate the scheduling nuances, and have a GREAT insurance plan, you can't go wrong!

I hate going to doctors, but if I have to go, I am glad I can go to Dr. Taubman. Extremely professional and caring.
