Dr. Margaret Nadia Alexander, MD

The absolute best! Had to leave her years ago when I got pregnant, but after the birth of my second child (and about six different OBs - ugh) I went straight back to her. My insurance was out of network, but definitely worth the out-of-pocket. Wish all my docs had just half her bedside manner and medical knowledge.

It seems to be easier to get into Fort Knox than getting an appointment from her office. After a week of trying to make an appointment my wife is about to give up. It is unfortunate as she is highly recomended . No matter how good this doctor is if you cannot make an appointment to see her it is of no use for us

I have encountered other GYN doctors that should return their degrees. Dr. Alexander knows what she is doing, will get to the point and make you feel like family. Her office is always inviting and her staff stellar. If you need excellent care then you should definitely make an appointment with her office.

I have been a patient of Dr. Alexander’s for many years. Generous with her time, she is excellent at looking for solutions even to unusual problems. Experienced and very calming - - She's very easy to speak with about sensitive subjects. A genuine person, awesome doctor.

I highly recommend visiting Dr. Alexander. The gynecologist has always been my least favorite place to be, it always freaked me out and made me feel so awkward. But Dr. Alexander really is amazing and makes you feel very comfortable. If you are looking for a new gynecologist do not pass up Dr. Alexander, you would be very lucky to have her.

I can’t say enough about Dr. Alexander. I know something wasn’t right and I asked my regular doctor. She sent me to a gyn doctor, and the gyn doctor said I was fine. Dr. Alexander ran blood test and then did a biopsy on me and found I had precancer. I don’t know what I would have done if I continued to the path, I was on with the other gyn doctor. I am so grateful to her upfront and thoughtful approach to my care. Thank you Dr. Alexander! You are a life saver.

Dr. Alexander is truly and exceptional physician and surgeon. My surgery was flawless, no pain. I had surgery for severe precancerous cells of my cervix. She put me at ease. During my follow up visit, she took the time to explain my results. She also explained that these precancerous cells may return and that I will need close follow up. A gifted doctor. Dr. Alexander "appears" very competent, but her office is not run well or organized. It took 3 phone calls to schedule my first appointment - that should have been a sign. After a 3 day hospital stay following a surgery she performed, my hospital release paperwork told me to see her within one week of the surgery. I called the office and was told repeatedly that there were no appointments for 5 weeks. Only after I mentioned the AMA guidelines that require surgery follow-up, was I "squeezed in." I went back 3 weeks later (less than 30 days from my surgery date) and Dr. Alexander refused to see me until what she thought was the balance of the bill (over $7K) was paid in full. I contacted my insurance company and was assured, as she is a participating provider, I only owed my deductible, which I paid. I have not been back. Provider Representatives from my insurance company have called her office multiple times and have been unable to speak with her directly. I was told they sent a letter… advising her that my responsibility has been met, but - other than cashing my deductible check - I have heard nothing from her or her office. Life is too short for this unnecessary stress. Good luck.

I am so very grateful to God to have found Dr. Alexander and it was easy to trust her with my care. My quality of life is all the better because of her. Thank you, Dr. Alexander! Well I have been Dr Alexander’s patient for about 12 years.. and within those 12 years I have had many health problems. But I am officially cancer free and I have Dr Alexander to thank. Without her taking her time and answering all my questions and concerns. She really is that doctor who you want everyone to meet and say that’s my doctor she saved me. I absolutely don’t know where I would be without her. She is professional, inspirational , motivational , and so so so dedicated to her work and patients. Her patients are her number one priority and you can see that the minute you meet her. Thank you so much ..
