I'm totally confused as to why this consummate professional has only 4 stars and not 5. For the last 15 years, Dr. Pusey has cared for my special needs daughter. Who makes a hospital visit at 1:00 am in the morning to calm nerves and ensure your daughter is reciving the best care and treatment- she does. Visits are not rushed. She's patient, kind, and genuinely loves her job and patients. She's top tier in her class and her level of service and attention are unmatched. My family and I are greatful for her care. Cynthia G

Very poor service!! throughout 3 visits, the doctor was never there, she was "on the way" then an hour later still not there! Finally I just left, never saw the Dr., never again will I go to this office, average wait time is 2 hours! ' '

I have had the tremendous pleasure of knowing Dr. Gordon for over 4 years and she has not only been an exceptional physician but has become an exceptional role model and friend. Dr. Gordon is the epitome of what it means to provide patient centered care. She always goes above and beyond for every single one of her patients and treats them as if they are like family. She has those tough conversation about making better health decisions when it is necessary and is very encouraging and a cheerleader to her patients when they are doing the right thing for their health. Dr. Gordon is an advocate for her patients and will do whatever is necessary to make sure that her patients always get the best care possible. She has all of the qualities that I look in a physician to take care of me and my loved ones. I wish all physicians were as caring, loving and professional as her. I've been seeing Dr. Gordon-Pusey for the last 5 yrs. I wished I had, had her as my doctor years ago, I wouldn't have been in the medical crisis that I'm in now. She's a caring doctor who takes time explaining results, possible medical conditions and she cares about her patients being healthy and well. She has a team of staff members who are professional and tremendously helpful. Any time I have called the office for help or assistance I've always been helped in a timely and expedient manner. I could say much more about Dr. Gordon-Pusey but she is an exceptional person and doctor. I'm so blessed to have been referred to her while going through my medical crisis but she has been a source of strength and support when I've been discouraged and in pain and don't know what to do. She's always been an encouraging ear to listen to my issues and try to help me find a remedy or find help for whatever I'm going through. During my mom's illness and shortly there after her passing and also the… death of my fiance and god-sister she had shown me so much love and emotional support through those trying times. All in all I would recommend her to anyone and have recommended her to my closes family and friends. She's more than a 5 star, but since that's the most I can rate her I will give her that but she deserves at least a 10 rating, because I've never met a doctor as loving, cares for all her patients, attentive and want to see her patients all be well and live a beautiful life that's exceptionally unique, that's just some of the qualities I have found in my doctor. The first time I came here I was very pleasant with everyone's performance ...the service is impeccable. I cannot think of anything bad to say. She spends a good amount of time with me I never had a doctor second this amount of time with me. She' s very funny and has a great personality
