Dr. Corissa Janelle Elgar, MD

I was seen by Dr. Corissa J Elgar yesterday, and I am really disappointed by the service that I received. A pelvic exam is already uncomfortable, and on top of that my exam was performed by Dr. Elgar who had acrylic nails. I came into the exam with pelvic pain from lifting a heavy box and after my visit, my pain was increased. The doctor suggested that it was probably a muscle strain, and that I should look online for exercises to relieve the pain. I could have saved my money, time, and pain by not going to this unprofessional doctor's visit.

She misdiagnosed me by only a physical exam and without any tests. She didn't bother to stay and answer any questions and left me crying uncontrollably in the room. A few days later a nurse called me and told me that my tests came back positive. I waited until I had a physical copy of my results in my possession and they all said negative. I went elsewhere to be sure, and again they were all negative.

Dr. Elgar is very personable and so easy to talk to and ask any question. I recommend her for all females!
