Dr. Curtis Lee Simmons, MD

Dr. Simmons helped me when ALL orthopedic doctors in Battle Creek wouldn't. He believed in my pain and helped me get a much needed hip replacement. He basically saved my life!! I will never forget what he has done. He cares!! His staff is wonderful but he is only one person I get it!! His staff is good at ordering prescriptions reminding me of yearly exams!! Best Dr. I've ever had. He will be missed!!

My review is based on pre-problems and re-modeling the office and building. I love Dr Simmons, he is a GREAT doctor, he has always listened, and took the time necessary to explain needed information to me. ON the down side, the Behavorial Health office has become a living nightmare that never ends. Since the building was remodeled, so has Dr Simmons office. It now takes 6 weeks to get and appointment, refills on perscriptions are next to impossible, I have now called 4 time in 3 weeks, and still have not been able to get a refill called in to my pharmacy. The worst thing is that now Dr Simmons is leaving. I can only hope that I will be able to continue to be his patient. I am trying to find out where he is moving his practice, but no luck yet.
