From the very first session, it was clear that Dr. Manguba operates at a different level. What sets her apart is the combination of real expertise and genuine warmth. She creates an environment where you feel not just heard, but truly understood without judgment or pressure. Her approach is thoughtful and effective. She doesn’t just listen, she guides. Through her insight, I’ve gained clarity, recognized patterns, and grown in ways I didn’t expect. She’s also very professional and respectful of your time always punctual and fully present, which builds real trust. If you’ve ever felt hesitant about starting therapy, she’s exactly who you want to find. She meets you where you are and helps you move forward with confidence. Working with her has been one of the most valuable investments I’ve made in myself. Highly recommended.

I was a person who was raised with a stigma surrounding therapy especially regarding sharing of my problems with others. So to say I was apprehensive about the therapy experience was an understatement. My time seeing. Dr. Cynthia’s gentle, calming, presence really put me at ease. She has here techniques of helping me explore myself in ways I have never imagined. I have grown as a person, immensely from our sessions. Thank you, Dr. Cynthia!
