If you want a physician that listens to you about your pain and weakness, this is not the physician for you. If you want an office that returns your calls promptly, this is not the office for you. If you want an office that bills your insurance correctly, this is not the office for you. If you want a physician that works with you to get your insurance authorizations done in a timely manner, this is not the physician for you. Most of the time, he didn't get my gender correct. I have been female my entire life. I kept getting addressed as 'sir.'

I was truly blessed to get Dr. Cassidy. He was extremely knowledgeable & always prepared to answer questions. The original surgery went well, then a 2nd one & that also was a success. When I needed guidance on pain & lack of movement on my other shoulder, he recommended another surgeon & his recommendation was spot on! We dealt with one complication at the 3rd month mark with an unexpected, ruptured tendon due to it rubbing on a rod in my arm. Dr. Cassidy once again handled it amazingly well & came up with a care plan after surgery to get me back to normal. As we went through the healing process, he & his staff were supportive & kind. Loved getting to work with his PA, Megan Perry, Nicole & Raheem plus Jamie Mendoza-OT! I still have a way to go but I wouldn’t even be at this stage without Dr. Cassidy’s skill & guidance. Incredibly thankful!

I have seen Dr. Cassidy for several years now for help with ganglion cysts and trigger finger. He’s very easy to talk to and very friendly, and has taken care of my hand/wrist problems. Highly recommended.

Dr. Cassidy is an amazing doctor. He is friendly, very knowledgeable and helpful. He takes the time to listen, explain things in easy to understand terms and answer all your questions. You can tell he really loves his job!

Dr. Cassidy and everyone at CSOG were terrific. Dr. Cassidy is friendly, easy to talk to, listened to my concerns and an expert at what he does. He pro-actively knew exactly what I needed. Everyone I met and talked to, physician assistants, nurses, physical therapists, scheduling, and billing were professional and friendly. I would not hesitate to return to Dr. Cassidy and CSOG. This group is fantastic. Dr. Cassidy was friendly and knowledgeable. I was in and out in no time and my issue with my hands were resolved quickly. Highly recommend him.

My son Broke his finger in a brawl with his brother. Dr Cassidy managed it in a quick, effective way. Staff were very friendly. One-stop-shop. All care managed in one location
