Best doctor ever — thorough, approachable, skillful, intelligent. Highly recommend him and his team for surgery for care.

Dr Jethanamest is one of the best doctors I have ever seen. He has it all -- knowledge, kindness, expertise. He explains everything but doesn't scare you. He has been helping me with my ear problems caused by an autoimmune disorder for years now. His support staff is excellent -- efficient and friendly. I highly recommend him.

I visited the Dr. to look at a condition of feeling fluid in my ears. His examination confirmed the presence of fluid and he provided me with two options: 1) Do nothing with a chance of an eardrum could rupture; and 2) Insert tubes in both ears to ventilate and relieve pressure. When he recommended placing tubes in my ears I stressed to him my concern about the costs as I did not know how much my (Oscar) insurance plan would cover. He explained insurance usually handles the entire cost of this procedure but even if I had an out-of-pocket expense, my responsibility would be between $100 and $200 total. Based on this information, I agreed to the surgery. I was shocked to later see a procedure cost of $860, with my insurance covering $305. I agreed to an out-of-pocket expense of $100 - $200, not an amount of over $600. I went to Dr. Jethanamest as I believed as a medical doctor, he was a professional I could trust. As a physician, I expected he would follow a doctor's code of ethics that… includes providing accurate information to guide a patient to a decision. He was specific in saying my maximum out-of-pocket costs would not exceed $200, which is why I agreed to the procedure. I sent a check for $250 and they sent the collection agencies after me. Go see a different doctor!

Dr. Jethanamest is very patient and knowledgeable. The staff is great. I would definitely recommend him to my friends and family.
