I felt like I didn't get much out of this first consult, and was told I was going to do tests but wasn't informed which tests. So I was surprised at how much blood they took from me and that I had to do a urine test. I was told some general things about Sjogren's and was given a large textbook about it, but wanted to learn more about how it affected me personally which I assume I'll get on my follow up. Finally, I was shocked that Dr. Wallace untucked my shirt for the stethoscope without warning me ahead of time which felt inappropriate.

Dr. Wallace is the best! He listens to my concerns and answers all questions honestly. I feel reassured that he has a plan to treat me. I really feel cared about. He regularly monitors my blood. Plus he has a good sense of humor. I usually feel very positive after my appointment.

Dr wallace is the hero in My book. I'm listened to, taken care of, and most all, he is the most knowledgeable, and busy doctor I have come across who is still willing to pursue my extremely rare case. I was falling through the cracks of our Healthcare and system, until and thankfully, I found him!
