Dr. B was incredibly attentive throughout the entire appointment, taking the time to truly listen and ensure my shoulder concerns were fully addressed. His professionalism, knowledge, and patient-centered approach made me feel confident and well taken care of. The care team, including the nurse and X-ray technician, was equally professional and courteous, contributing to a smooth and efficient experience. While the young lady who performed patient triage displayed a less-than-welcoming attitude—not just with me but with several others—Dr. Bernholt’s positive demeanor and thorough care more than made up for that initial impression. Overall, Dr. Bernholt is an outstanding provider, and I’m grateful for the compassionate and effective care he delivered. I highly recommend him to anyone seeking quality orthopedic care.

Dr. Bernholt was very thorough with the examination of my finger. He has great bedside manner. He clearly explained the healing process and my care options during that time.

I love this office. Everything was quick fast. It was very quiet and everybody was very nice. I cannot wait to go back. The doctor even made me feel much much better and he seemed to care a lot.

No big ego despite world class credentials, gave clear indications as he put my shoulder through the hoops, recommended a conservative remedy instead of surgery— couldn’t ask for a better examination. Also, the staff were friendly, called me back a minute after my initial sign-in, then immediately to xray , and Dr B appeared in the examination room a couple minutes after. I felt sort of honored by it all!
