Great guy

Not quite Honest. I saw Dr Chu over 2 months ago. I was charged after seeing him. When I got my explanation of benefits from Medicare I found he had overcharged me. I called his office explained it and was transferred to billing, where I left messages and requested a call back. No one called back so I called again and left messages for the other billing person. No one called back. I called back front desk and was told nothing they can do you just have to keep leaving messages. I have and still no one calls back. They overcharged me, then refuse to give me my money back, does that make them THIEVES? If they are willing to do this for a few bucks what else will they do to make extra dollars? Will Dr Chu provide healthcare that is the best for me or will he provide whatever healthcare that will make him the most money, whether it is good for me or not? I really do not trust him enough to take the chance.

Misdiagnose stroke

Dr. Chiu took care of my husband following a severe stroke and I cannot say enough about his calm and caring manner, and his concern for me and how I was doing as well as my husband. He kept me informed throughout the recovery process as to what was being done, and he ensured that we were referred for rehab services after discharge.

Just worst doctor and stupid

I saw Dr. Chiu in the hospital. My mother had suffered a TIA. He was an excellent M.D. explained everything to her in non medical terms so that she could understand what had happened and even repeated things she didn't understand.He had a following of interns and students and was very respectful of them as well as my mother. I highly recommend this man.
