I am beyond pleased with Dr. Crotzer's knowledge and bedside manner , he is a very caring person doing a very difficult job .

Dr. Crotzer took the time to answer my questions. He is very straight forward which I liked, but others may not like. The nurses had very good things to say about him also which I found to be a very good sign.

He was very caring

He is the rudest doctor I have encountered at Methodist Hospital. Always in a hurry, really cares about nothing but himself and when asked serious questions about a loved one’s condition, answers, “I don’t know”. He is truly worthless and if I see him again near my loved one’s room, I will ask Methodist to remove him. I’ve not ever despised a “Doctor” more. Do not trust this guy.

Dr. Crotzer has at every appointment taken time to ask if I have any questions, been willing to explain in detail information, and always been very helpful. Very knowledgeable in his field.

Dr Crotzer was professional, knowledgeable and clear when explaining my surgery and expected outcome. As far as bedside manner I appreciated his straightforward approach to my cancer.

His communication style was rude and condescending. I would not recommend him.

I was referred to this clinic by my primary doctor. The staff and wait time was great and I especially appreciated his resident that put me at ease. Unfortunately, upon meeting Dr. Crotzer I did not experience this. He felt he was cold, blunt, and did not get to know me or my situation. I have had other doctors who had more of a caring bedside manner. I felt as if he was rushed and just wanted to move on to the next patient. He did not help me and I will not go to him again and/or recommend him. If you are looking for a doctor to know YOU and understand your situation, please look elsewhere.

I would definitely recommend Dr. Crotzer, very knowlegeable and explained how the surgical procedure would be conducted. His nursing staff kept my family informed during the whole procedure. Excellent care and follow up.
