I had a very disappointing experience with this spinal surgeon. From the first appointment, I felt rushed, unheard, and unseen. My concerns were brushed off, and questions about risks and recovery were answered vaguely. I left visits feeling more confused than informed, with an unsettling feeling that I could not trust this surgeon. Unfortunately, after the procedure, I experienced complications, and the risks I had raised became reality. Follow-up care felt minimal. Calls went unanswered, and my wife had to spend all day trying to get information. When I reported ongoing pain and new symptoms, I felt dismissed and not taken seriously, as if liability mattered more than my well-being. What bothered me most was the lack of empathy. Spine issues are life-altering, and I expected compassion, clear communication, and care. Instead, I felt talked down to and gaslit. The aftermath made the recovery even worse. This left me never to trust surgeons again.
