Very compassionate dr, spends time explaining your condition. Does not jump to surgical interventions right away.

Great doctor but everything spoiled by the most obnoxious and belligerent front staff you will ever meet who make you feel like you are trying to rob them.

My husband has been a patient of Dr. Ramsey's for over a year. While Dr. Ramsey is a very good physician, his office staff is lacking in customer service. We've tried to schedule a follow up appointment with Dr. Ramsey's office staff with no luck. The office staff doesn't answer the phone. An answering machine answers the phone and you have to leave a message, no matter the time of day. I wouldn't recommend Dr. Ramsey strictly because of his office staff.

Nice doctor. Needs a better staff. A group of people that seem to know what they are doing. When you call up and ask why you have to go in to see the doctor and the front desk girl tells you it is your 2 month follow up.... Then you point out to the girl that she said you had been seen less than 2 weeks ago, why is a 2 month follow up less than 3 weeks later... She will get nasty with you and hang up on you. When you call back she will repeat the same thing again.

Dr. Ramsey is my hero, I can't thank him enough. I knew from the moment I met him he was a Doctor I could trust. May I also add the WNJ Hospital is an outstanding hospital, the staff made me feel like i was their most important patient :)
