I wished I had read these reviews before my visit. Worst doctor I have even seen. Never see him again.

I wish I had read these reviews earlier. Dr. Saito is below average. I wish I didn't see him which basically wasted my time.

Dr Saito is very kind but hardly a good doctor. He does general exam, and to be safe without confirming diagnosis prescribes medication "to be sure" After the visit I was confused and not sure what to do. He does not made me feel confident that my medical issue is correctly examined the pills I had to pop 3 times a day for 10 days are the correct treatment and will help. I learned more based on my symptoms from Google vs Dr Saito.

Was really patient and kind with all of my questions and even altered his schedule to fit in biopsies and informational meetings! He knows a lot!

Terrible doctor and even person. Doesn't show patience or care listening to patience and just wants to "check a box" calling the appointment done. Could not diagnose the core of throat problem I was facing and prescribed me non relevant medication. When I tried to expand upon my concern and problem, he simply showed zero care or even professional manner and just wanted me to come back for another visit after a test!! I felt he just wanted to finish the appointment soon and call it done when clearly he didn't do anything useful to help. I'd not recommend this unprofessional, rude, uncaring doctor. Almost certainly the worse doctor I've visited over the past couple years.

At a stressful time, Dr. Saito proved to be a very good specialist, was caring and reassuring as well as being efficient in scoping my larynx and taking two biopsy samples in a half an hours time and at my preference not to have general anesthesia. If a biopsy can be thought of as being a good experience, this was one.
