Dr. David Hal Slavit, MD

I have been seeing Dr Slavit since c 1990, when he was the junior doctor in another ENT office. He was wonderful then and still is now. When the senior doctor suddenly died, my husband and I stayed with Dr Slavit because of our chronic ENT problems which often lead to secondary infections. Dr Slavit has been amazing with us - has us both on regimens that prevent our secondary infections. We are hardly sick anymore. He is patient, kind and answers all questions in a way that's easy to comprehend.

If I could go to Dr. Slavit for a broken arm ... I would... I've been seeing him for 17 years for care of my voice and would never trust anyone else ... He's simply the best diagnostician around and will take his time listening to all of your concerns and symptoms ... I just pray he'll never retire ð???

I'm a professional musician who was having severe problems with a plugged ear, tinitus and vertigo. I saw David Slavit last year, and he determined in minutes, with a simple manual exam, that I had TMJ (which I knew), that it was flaring up (which I didn't realize) and that that was the major cause of the ear problem. I went back to using my night mouth guard and used a steroid nasal spray for a few months--much better. He's a real old-fashioned diagnostician who knows how to examine and ask questions. Very sympathetic manner. Can't recommend him highly enough.

Dr. Slavit is the best--always very caring, courteous, willing to explain things in detail. I'm very pleased to have found such an exceptional physician because I know I'm in the best of hands with him.
