Staff was prompt and actually helpful. He was very attentive and caring. The two previous physicians I saw before finding Dr. Vanderheiden did not seem to care what was causing my pain.

Love the office enviroment . Staff is very friendly.. Office Manager is amazing.. Thank you for being pleasant.

I am pretty astounded at all the positive reviews as this office's malpractice has seriously endangered my daughter. When she is ill and needs to be seen promptly, they say that if she can't wait a week she should go to the emergency room. When she really needs a specialist due to a dangerous condition they take weeks to send a referral and actually could not be bothered to do it until I went to their office and stood there and watched them do it. When my daughter had a bright red skin infection that was turning white and oozing pus while taking necessary drugs that suppress her immune system, they did not want to give her an antibiotic. I desperately trying to find her a new doctor that accepts new patients and our insurance. No stars.

Wonderful experience. You can tell they have team work and are patient with you.

Love all the doctors at this clinic!! They have compassion and are ALWAYS willing to answer any questions I have for them. I see them every month, due too deep depression I have struggled with for over 10 years. This is by far the best clinic I have ever dealt with in finding what will work best for me. I feel safe during my visits to express my feelings I am dealing with at that time, and I know they will do all they can to make sure I am comfortable with whatever treatment works best. I actually feel like a person here instead of just another patient like some clinics. They deserve an A++++, and that goes for the whole office. The ladies up front are even great! Which in my past experiences either the docs are good and staff stinks or vice versa! So, to find a place that is great all around is rare I think!!!!! Hope this helps others know that this office is a safe and comfortable place who are passionate about their care they give their patients!! Thanks Dr.V. For all you do!!! :-)

I would like to than all the staff and Doctors for and amazing job well done in taking care of my family and my self. Wait time was about 15 minutes, My appointment was the same day. Office staff is very pleasant and courteous. Doctors take there time to explain the problem. Follow up appointment was easy. Amazing job..

Close to home. Very courteous. Small waiting room. The bed side manner I wish other doctors in town had. I'm glad I found him.
