Poor experience, after years of seeing me and misdiagnosing me he finally gave me a nasopharyngeal cancer diagnosis. I just dont understanding how you miss a diagnosis for many years. Shouldnt this be his specialty...unfortunately my insurance health net was also an issue. English is not my first language and nor he or his office staff ever offer an interpreter. It wasnt until later that I realized I was entitled to an interpreter.

The entire visit lasted 5 minutes. Didn't care, no helpful answers for questions were answered, no follow-up.

No star for this dr , rude obnoxious terrible Dr not caring , not listening , can't ask question either with bedside manner , BIG disappointment !!! Huge !!!

Finally a doctor who figured out what to do and treated me! Pain free!

Excellent ENT. Helped me after two other doctors messed me up. I highly recommend.

Dr Yun is very good at explaining what he is doing during the exam and what the treatment options are. He performed polyp removal surgery on me - excellent results, no pain. However, the Glendale office staff is incompetent and needs training or a new manager - don't bother leaving a voice mail message.

I've called this office 3 times to try to make an appointment with Dr. Yun, despite the mixed reviews on various websites. Each time, the phone was answered by an anxious, stressed receptionist who immediately put me on hold. Each time I spent more than 10 minutes on hold waiting for someone to take my call. Each time I eventually hung up. If the phone & appointment situation is this bad, I can only imagine what the office environment is like. There's got to be a better option out there.

We have had to interface with this office multiple times over the years. I don't believe you can find more unhappy , overworked office staff anywhere!! If you call the office, you will be on hold for 5-7 minutes before talking to a live person. If the person you need to talk to happens to be away from their desk, it will take 2-3 days before you get a return call. With no apologies. Treating patients is definitely an inconvenience to them. They need more help in the office, clearly. Be prepared to wait- to speak to anyone, to get a call back, to get an appointment. Unfortunately I am trapped , as this is the ENT my Primary refers to. A horrible experience, EVERY time.

I took my 9 year old daughter to get her ear checked. We waited over an hour and a half to see Dr. Yun!?!? He was so rude and acted so insensitive to my daughter. He must've wanted to become a Dr for the money not to help and heal patients! He was mean, rude, really unprofessional and we will NEVER go see this so called DR...Dr.YUN!

I love Dr. Kim, I had nothing but wonderful experiences.
