Dr. Deana Ghassan Al-Khateeb, MD

I have gone to her for years and even recommended her to all my family and friends at one point but WOW now I regret it! Her bedside manner extremely decreased! She has become Extremely defensive, insensitive and rude. She arrives late to appointment and then very quick to finish appointment. I am not the only one who experience this but also my family and friends. I feel ashamed for recommending her. We had a family member with an emergency to hospital and when I told her my concern for that family member life. She became very mean, insensitive and quick to have us leave. I am sorry but if you are concern for your life and the life of a family member, PLEASE DO NOT COME HERE. A doctor is suppose to make you feel better and you should leave confident about your health treatment. She did the complete opposite, she offended me, made me cry and quickly left. Very Rude. I don’t recommend.

She is disrespectful to patients. Wait time is usually two to three hours from start to finish. Incompetant. She should not be a doctor.

I am very very happy with Doctor Al-Khateeb's service and bedside manner. She is a great doctor, she is a teacher and takes the time to tell you the "why" of what is going on. The front office and back office staff leave a lot to be desired. My husband was transferred and upon identifying a new doctor to treat me and my family, I have been waiting over 6 weeks to have my file transferred. First, they did not receive the request, then they had it, now they don't have it. Kim is rude and states that she does all the transfers and does not have my request to transfer my file when last week it was there. I need to have my prescriptions refilled and continue to wait. My new doctor wants to see my records. In six weeks, I have called 12 times. Dr. D-----please get your staff working on this.

Dr. Al-khateeb could of used better words in diagnosing my mother's illness rather than blurting out CANCER and scaring the poor woman "to death"! What kind of bed-side manner is that? She only spends 10 minutes with her every visit and rushes her out.

The receptionists at this practice are extremely rude and unprofessional. The wait time to see the doctor is too long, especially when you (the patient) arrived on time. I will never visit this practice again.

She is wonderful. Treating members of my family for years. I could not be happier.

the best family doctor in my life and i am 64 years. thank you so much for giving all and the best you have to your patients. we need a lot of people like nowdays.

The doctors are fine, however, the staff there are ruining their practice. Very inept people running that office. I have to call numerous times to get them to answer the phone, way too busy, poorly run office. Staff very unprofessional. LONG wait times. Packed waiting room. I'm moving on...not worth it.

I was favorably impressed by Dr. Khateeb in my brief introductory visit, but her staff seemed uncaring and full of their own concerns. When I returned for an annual check up and spoke with office three times prior to my appt. no one told me the office had relocated. When I went to wrong location and phoned for directions to new office, the staff member was non apologetic nor did she seem to care. Since I was late to my appt, I could not see Dr. Khateeb and NP did the assessment. She asked questions which demonstrated she knew nothing of my history and had not looked at my record. This was a total waste of time, and now I must find another doctor. While Dr. Khateeb is OK, her staff is extremely poor, and they are ruining her practice.
