Dr.Chen is an amazing doctor for patients going through such a difficult thing like infertility. While I have not yet became pregnant . Let it be known that he is so professional and very caring ! He makes you feel like he has and will continue to have your best interest at heart always ! He has made me feel like he will not give up and will try everything within his nature to fulfill my desire to become pregnant. He truly is a one of a kind doctor and no matter what my outcome may be in the end of my treatment , I’am very pleased with all the care I received from him as well as his highly trained and attentive staff ! Dr.Chen is a good doctor who takes his time while he is with a patient. My only complaint is his support staff. To put it in simple terms, I called to make an original appointment and the young woman on the phone was short and hung up the phone before asking me if i had any questions etc. I had to call back to verify info she didnt provide. She definitely needs a refresher in phone etiquette. Then the day of my appointment, I contacted the office and AGAIN was hung up by a woman i believe was named Maureen. They have no idea how to speak with patients. And they are unorganized to the point where they messed up my appointment. I have zero confidence in his staff. So in summary, Dr Chen is fine but his support staff is among the worst I have ever dealt with.

Dr Chen is a great doctor. He’s caring and professional and listens to your concerns, no matter how off the wall they are. I can’t say enough good things about this doctor. And the office staff and nurses are very helpful and caring as well. And the office hours are wonderful.

Dr. Chen is amazingly kind, patient, and knowledgeable! I was so fortunate to be his patient over the course of four years (and three children).

Knowledgeable, highly professional and very supportive, Dr Chen has been a wonderful doctor who has helped my family tremendously with grace and humor.

From the first time I met Dr. Chen, I knew he was the one to help us. He makes you feel comfortable and well cared for. He is compassionate, realistic without being harsh, funny, smart, and truthful. The day I was discharged from his care, he hugged me and I cried (for longer than I'd like to admit!). I had been going to his office at least 1-2 times a week for over a year and the nurses as well as himself become like a family. They always remember who you are and are kind and supportive. They made an unfortunate situation to one that becomes bearable and as pleasant as it can be under the circumstances. They never made me feel rushed, or dismissed and always took the time to call me back, explain everything in detail, and would even have me come in when I wasn't scheduled if I had any concerns. Dr. Chen and his staff have my utmost respect and trust. They are truly wonderful people.

From the moment we first met Dr. Chen, I felt safe and well cared for. He is intelligent, compassionate, realistic and quite funny. The day I was discharged from his care to my general OB, I sat and cried. There was a level of trust and faith I had in Dr. Chen that no other doctor has come close to. He is a talented physician, and a wonderful human being. Thank you for helping us bring our baby girl into this world.

He is very gentle with ultrasound and other things. I could barely feel anthing when he does the procedures. But for some other doctors, it could be a very differnt story for the same routine. So, i am a big fan.

I am a medical device rep and I am in the OR for a bunch of GYN cases. This is both a bonus and a curse. The benefit is I know firsthand who is skilled in the OR but I also know to much which makes me a nervous Nelly. I went to Dr Chen because he is hands down one of THE best surgeons in NJ. He has an incredible reputation with GYNs across all of NJ and has great success rates. I was pleasantly surprised by how kind and approachable he was. Typically good surgeon equals bad bedside manner. This was not the case with him or the other 2 doctors in his office. Its a scary feeling to walk into the OR as a patient when you are there every day on the other side. He really did a great job of keeping me calm and letting me know everything was going to be ok. The retrieval only took about 15 minutes and 7 out of 7 eggs he got fertilized. I could not be any happier with the outcome

I literally cannot express how much Dr. Chen means to my husband and I. He is the best doctor I have ever had in my entire life. Over the past three years I have had 3 miscarriages (2 before coming to this clinic) due to unexplained fertility issues. A number of my previous doctors chalked this up to "bad luck". - Which is the last thing an unexplained infertility patient likes to hear. But Thank God for Dr. Chen who went above and beyond, did extensive testing, and really took my case seriously. He was able to determine a number of "not so obvious" contributing factors to my fertility issues - then put me on the correct protocol. Dr. Chen was beyond patient with my husband's and my extensive questioning of the science and the facts. Thanks to Dr. Chen's persistence, I am now 7.5 weeks pregnant, with a heartbeat and am being discharged to my OB. I have never gotten this far in a pregnancy. I know it is early, but I would never be able to go through this process again without Dr. Chen… by my side. He is an extraordinary doctor and a truly special human being.
