Dr. Dennis James Arinella, MD

Have been seeing Dr. Arinella for years. My parents went, I go and I take my children to him. I travel over 45 minutes to see him and will continue because I trust him so much.

My children and I have been Dr. Arinella's patients for a few years. He is definitely an "old fashioned" physician who still really cares about his patients, is extremely kind and beautifully explains the exam's results. When he prescribed bi-focal lenses for me, he explained that it would take about a week to adjust. It's delightful having just one pair of eye glasses that covers all needs (not constantly looking for my reading glasses or my distance glasses). Again, what I liked best was his care. We witnessed an elderly patient having breathing distress in the waiting room. Dr. Arinella rushed to care for her and by gently rubbing her back and speaking to her calmly, she relaxed and was actually in good shape when the ambulance arrived. So I have had an opportunity to see him care for me, my children and an elderly stranger. Always professional and kind. I should also mention that one time my daughter was having an issue of concern, he gave us his phone number and said to… call at anytime.

Waiting room was packed. Waited > 1 hour. No explanation if this was the norm. Will not return.
