Dr. Diana Maria Collins, MD

This doctor was clueless to how to treat me.

The lady working the front desk was very rude, not professional at all.

You can bare your soul to her in multiple appointments, then show up and she would forget who you are and have to ask you your name. I only wish I was making this up. Would never recommend for what I believe to be incompetency in treatment as well.

Absolutely wonderful Dr. and staff (specifically Debbie, goes out of her way to make sure you have everything you need)

Dr. Collins is incredible. She takes the time to listen to me and my son and seems to truly care about our well being. She's pro-medication but not a pusher and worked to get my son on much lower doses. She even calls to follow up when he starts a new med! Sadly, her assistant Debbie is difficult. She's rude, short on the phone and often leaves me the most condescending messages. Often she's messed up on refills, etc and then blamed me or the insurance company. She seems to have it in her head that we are quite poor and often makes comments about our income level and what kinds of medications we can afford. Not only that she's unorganized and often bills us multiple times for the same visit, etc.
