Dr. Diana Reeves, MD

Monday Dec 15th, 2025 1pm-3:30 pm We had a terrible experience interacting with Dr. Diana Reeves. I had brought in my mother for some tests and eye X-Rays for her blurry visions and dry eyes symptoms. After the X- Rays with other results were shown. Dr. Diana Reeves became irate with my questions and demanded that I leave her office and not come back with my mother the next day. I'm the interpreter also the driver for my mother. The lack of professionalism is astounding from her attire to the way she communicates with me. She was very scornful with little empathy. Her history of medical practice begin to sound alarm with red flags in my mind. All these could've been avoided if she could choose her words wisely and not be so vindictive in her replies. She also decided to call the police after we left her office and drove away in the parking lot. Avoid this ophthalmologist at all cost. You could be gambling with your future healthcare to your eye vision.

Dr Diana help a lot during my retinal detachment one year ago. She explain very well to me the treatment and help to recover for the bad vision and avoid to prevent the same issue on the left eye. I glad that she was able to help on my terrible condition.

I have been coming here for over 4 years. Dr. Reeves is so caring. She is truly concerned about my health. I always feel listened to and that she has my best interests in mind. She explains things thoroughly. I feel that my eyesight would not have been saved without her. The wait is a little long because she spends enough time with each patient. It is definitely worth the wait!

Dr. Reeves is one of the best eye doctor. I have known Dr. Reeves for many years. I have seen her on regular appointments and also on emergency situations. My experience was always positive. I highly recommend Dr. Reeves

I trust Dr Reeves 100% with my eye care. She is a very hard and smart surgeon, whom i would recommend to anyone. Her staff is very friendly. The wait time is a bit long, but well worth the wait because i know i'm under the best care for my eyes.

I had several experiences with Dr. Reeves, and although I presume that she is a good surgeon, she is borderline abusive to both her patients and her staff, (in front of the patients), and the wait times are ridiculous. I have waited up to 3 hours in the waiting room, plus another hour in the exam room. She has a huge ego, and doesn't mind focusing on herself. Find a good surgeon with a few people skills. There are lots of them out there.

I give Dr. Reeves and All of Her Staff the highest recommendation possible. Dr. Reeves is extremely knowledgable, skilled and experienced, as well as extremely attentive and focused on her patients and their needs. I feel I am appreciably qualified to offer a review of Dr. Reeves (and her staff), as I’ve had previous experience with both a retinal (vitrectomy) surgery in my other eye, and numerous retinal laser treatments in both eyes, all performed by other retina doctors over the years. Dr. Reeves meticulously cared for me through a series of newer vitreous/retinal tears (small hemorrhaging at the rear of the eye) which had been causing me recurring, temporary losses of vision. While very attentively addressing and monitoring my condition, we chose to remedy this recurring situation via a vitrectomy (retinal) surgery, now in this eye, to circumvent future retinal tears. Both Dr. Reeves' and her staff’s dedication to their patients’ health and concerns is of the highest order. Dr.… Reeves, her techs, and staff operate like an expert conductor and talented, finely tuned orchestra! Thank you Dr. Reeves and your entire staff for such wonderful and thorough care!

Best care ever!!!

Had an appt. scheduled for 1pm and when arrived the waiting room was full of people, I mean full, I counted 20 people. And those people were all ahead of my 1pm appt. that I was on time for! I also heard a couple go to the reception lady to register a complaint about their bill. They walked out in frustration it seemed. I then, went to check on the time frame for my appt. Was the dr. running late today? I pointed out the time now 1:30 and surveying the reception, I asked should I reschedule? The reception lady said just take a seat everyone will be seen today. I said oh at 10pm, pointing out their sign stating the appointments are from 1-3 hours! Paperwork completed, I go back to the reception lady and she says the charge is $350 with no explanation of the charges! I was uncomfortable before, but now this showed signs of incompetence in office staff making me very uncomfortable in a doctor's office! I left and got a new doctor! It seems this dr. has a wonderful educational… background, but needs to pay attention to how her front office is run. I have never been to a dr. office that would charge that much up front! I have insurance! This reminded me of a nail shop where you walk in and wait your turn! With the argument with the previous patient at the reception window and the large amount being asked for up front, I decided to leave. I ran out the door not wanting financial problems with this office and wondering about the medical eye care I would receive there. This office is definitely overbooked for 1 doctor, that much I learned from my short time in the reception area!!!!

Office time is waiting room is HOURS and HOURS. Horrible experience.
