Where to begin... This doctor uses your entire appointment to talk about her life. She'll ask questions during a physical and then charge you for the physical AND an office visit. Got a call that I was charged for an injection and an EKG and that I owed additional money. Problem is I didn't have an injection OR an EKG. They submitted things to my insurance company that did not occur then called and was extremely rude demanding that I pay additional monies.

Dr. Bennett Johnson has taken care of me for the past 20 years. She takes time with me and listens. Her follow-up is outstanding. I am lucky she's my doctor.

Horrible staff can never get blood rude call today my dr. Asked me to call Dr. Bennett to let her know my bp was 200/104 I was told she would call the next day no after hour to call was very uncaring no compassion.Looking for a new Doctor.Her staff makes her look extremely bad and unprofessional. I have been going for a least four years I don't deserve this.She need to hire experienced staff.

Always a friendly, professional and positive atmosphere. Wait time is faster than expected. The Dianne Bennett Johnson seems very knowledgeable and personable.

Dr. Bennett-Johnson is an awesome Dr. However, her office is behind when it comes to processes. There is no patient portal. The only way to send information is through snail mail of a physical fax. Almost everything is done by hand. This is a learning office therefore you must be patient. Students come and go. There are maybe two permanent personnel.

Dr. Bennett-Johnson is a good doctor, however he staff is lacking in their ability to do small tasks. It took them 7 days and 15 phone calls from me and my pharmacy to get a prescription filled. A doctors staff is a huge reflection on the doctor and her staff is complely lacking.

Dr. B J is great and has a great repore with her patients. however; the front office staff as well the students are rude. I really love Dr B J but, refuse to work with rude office staff and incompetency.

I witnessed a back staffmember belittle and disrespect two students at my appointment Tuesday. Dr. BJ has been my Doctor for years and she seems to sweet to allow her staff to represent her the way they do. The attitudes you have to deal with from her back staff is not worth my money or health. She deserves to be represented by her staffmembers better than she is being. I applaud her on allowing students to come and learn from her but I don't feel they should be disrespected or belittled especially not in front of a patient. Dr. BJ YOU NEED NEW BACK STAFFMEMBERS!! PLEASE MAKE CHANGES FAST!

Dr Bennett-Johnson has been me and my husband's doctor for over 12 years. She has never steered us wrong. She believes in getting to know her patients and she takes time to properly diagnosse you on the first visit. My adult children have also chosen her as their primary case provider.
