I went to see Dr. Jenkins in order to get a small intestine feeding tube for gastroparesis. Not only was he misinformed about the treatments options but he also seemed to not be familiar with my medical history at all. Despite all this and my gastroenterologist telling me I need a feeding tube. He did not agree to do the surgery and in my opinion was very dismissive and frustrating to deal with. I would not recommend him to anyone.

Listens and communicates well. Very little scarring with my lumpectomy and no bruising.

I have been seeing Dr.Jenkins for over 5 years. When he called me after my last bibosy and ask me to come in to his office I was freaking out...he calmed me down and told me things were ok and all was going to be ok....I went in and he told me the news about the breast cancer and what type it was and how we were going to do all the appointments were made though his office....ThAnk you Dr.Jenkins for all you do for me.........

Dr. Jenkins is a very kind man. He is very considerate and listens to you. He is one of the best surgeons around. We will use him again, if the need arises.

Inaccurate diagnosis. The doctor didn't seem to be bothered when I returned with the same problem even after his surgery. I remained in pain. His attitude was very cavalier regarding my problem. It was more like I was there to provide for him rather that he was there to provide a service to me. He didn't use the tools that are there for him (such as imagining and MRI) to help provide accurate diagnosis. I would not recommend him to a friend...or anyone for that matter.
