Dr. Donna Louise Delia, MD

I have been going to a different Gynecologist for years and when I started experiencing increasing amounts of pain from intercourse they continued to prescribe the similar topical ointments. After 3 visits and 4 tubes of cream later I got frustrated and switched to Dr. Delia she really took my pain seriously and performed multiple tests to find the root cause of my pain and thank god she did!

I was dealing with some very painful difficulties with menopause, I went to Dr.Delia and she sat with me for 45 mins and explained ever detail about what I was dealing with. She even rearranged her schedule to make sure i could come in for my follow up appointment the following week!

I only got to meet this doctor once and that was enough. Her bedside manner is horrible she lacks sensitivity. Its was my 14 week Obgyn visit and unfortunately we could not find a heart beat. Her matter a fact attitude and comment "Well these things happen" She left the room and showed no type of compassion and gave me no information of what was to happen. When the ultrasound technition call her to see if she wanted to take to me to let me know my options. She said there was no need to talk to me. I never had a miscarriage and didn't know what to expect. After I waited over an hour to see her the least she could say was I am sorry about what she presumed to be a miscarriage. This office is too crowed if you are looking for specialized care. I do not recommend her. I am seeking a new doctor.
