Dr. Donna Chandler Graves, MD

I've seen Dr. Graves for close to 10 years now. I've had a lot of problems with my MS, and she's walked me through each one of them. She's very thorough and makes sure each question gets answered at each visit.

I had concerns about her staff and this medicine before I even got started. I communicated this via phone and emails. I felt pressured that this was the only option I had and she was the only show in town I Was given lemtrada. While getting treatment, I was Told potassium was low but not told what to do. By Saturday I Ended up in hospital due to reaction from medicine.no one could get in touch with her or on all doctor. Monday am I called her office. Dr graves did not call, her nurse did later Monday after I had called again that day. She Suggested nausea Rx for my nausea and nothing more. I Could not get in to see her. I ended up switching dr that day and got in next day with my new dr and got immediate treatment. I was having a severe ms relapse and potassium at dangerously low level. I feel like she got her money from this company and couldn't care less if I had died.
