Dr. Andrew M Behler, DO

Dr. Behler is very attentive to my needs. I got in early after an hour drive. Staff excellent and personable. Dr. Behler cares about his patients and wants to help you with good constructive solutions to alleviate any issues you may be having. I highly recommend him for anyone who needs an ENT doctor.

My initial appointment with Dr. Behler went much better than my first appointment with my last ENT. Dr. Behler listened to me and the issues I have been dealing with over the last several years, he took the time to look at my ears and my nose (my last ENT didn’t even do any of that in the first three appointments I had with them) and he suggested a path forward that my last ENT and even my primary care provider never even brought up or even considered. Already I am much more impressed with the service and care I have received from Dr. Behler and Grand Rapids ENT compared to my last ENT provider.

Dr Behler is highly involved listening to all my ideas. He is cautious not locked into a singular approach. Highly recommended!

I find Dr. Behler to be a great Dr. to deal with.....he is attentive to questions, explains himself well and keeps me informed as we go through a process; he makes me feel important. He has a great "manner" about him that I enjoy. I highly recommend him and am glad he is my Dr.

the check in lady was the only nice person that i spoke with the whole time i was there, i got to my appointment a little early and they had me wait for about 30 minutes after my appointment. then when they called me back the ladies who were assisting him were snotty and rude. the lady put numbing stuff in my nose and put way too much on my right side and it made my nose start bleeding pretty bad. and when dr behler finally came in the room he was criticizing me and telling me that everything that i was feeling was all in my head and was honestly a complete a-hole in my opinion. and when i was trying to explain what i was feeling he kept talking over me, i explained that my primary care doctor told me my lymph nodes were overly swollen and he came back idiotically and said “oh youre a doctor? where do you work” knowing thats clearly not what i said.. never in my life would i ever recommend someone to go to this place to see him specifically because he doesnt listen to a word you say.… its lovely to know that me genuinely feeling like i cant breathe 24/7 and feeling like im getting choked 24/7 is “all in my head”. Thanks so much dr behler (in the most sarcastic manner possible) the point in becoming a doctor of any sort is to listen to your patients and make them feel heard and understood, not being blatantly ignorant or disrespectful. i hope he doesnt treat all of his patients this way cause thatd be a shame, i hope some people are actually getting the help they need and deserve instead of being treated how i was.

Dr Behler was skilled in the procedure I had, and he was kind and patient with me explaining my situation. I highly recommend him as ENT doctor.

Dr Behler is very nice, but his office staff needs some customer care etiquette. We arrived early for our appt, and waited 45 minutes PAST our appointment time when I asked what was going on. Staff admitted that he was running late, but it turns out he had been all morning. They should have let people know that when checking in, instead of leaving us to wonder. They did apologize once we were in a room, that does little help when you are missing work and could have just rescheduled. Dr B himeself was nice, and clear about needs and followup.

Great bedside manner, friendly, not rushing to get to the next patient. Highly recommend
