Dr. Andrew Robert Nolan, MD

Went for eye exam and to get new prescription for eye glasses and contact lenses. I was informed by staff that I will be charged $50 for a eyeglass prescription. Then I would need to make another appointment for contact lenses fitting and another $50 for a prescription. NO EXCEPTIONS. I am a Registered Nurse and in health care for 35 yrs. This is unethical. It would be like going to my doctor and diagnosed with diabetes and being charged $50 for an insulin prescription. If he would do this to a person with traditional medical insurance I wonder what he is doing with Medicare. Time will tell.

one of the best professionals I have ever met and I am an RN with a degree and a former patient of this opthamologist therefore I do qualify for making a rating.I have never worked with Dr Nolan which makes me an ideal person for your ratings scaleaccording to my co-workers here at Delray Medical Centre palm beach county unfortunately I do not rate the hospital where my surgery was performed accordingly that place deserves a 1 if that

I love everything about the care i recieved from Dr Nolan and Staff

I have a chronic eye problem that I will not disclose, however I see Doctor Nolan because of this problem 4 to 5 times a year. He is always very kind and patient and takes his time. The wait time is sometimes long, as with any specialist, however it is worth it because he spends his time with each and every patient. Great doctor and I would recommend to friends and family

Dr. Nolan has been my opthamologist for many years now and I think he is a very genuine man who always remembers silly facts about. He is always thorough and many times has made special arrangements to fit me into the schedule even if it means staying late.

Dr. Nolan was the on-call Op at hospital when my young son had an eye injury. He was very thorough in his exam. He opened his office both days of the weekend to check my son's injury which I felt was above and beyond what most would do... I recommend Dr. Nolan.
