Great doctor and very professional! Really cares and wants the best for his patients. Explained every detail of what was happening and what to expect. Highly recommend!

I went in for a shoulder fracture. In three visits I saw him once for less than 60 seconds. Each time when I left he was sitting with his staff chatting. The only contact I had was the text to write a review. Horrible impersonal care. And he over-billed my office visit.

I saw Dr. Richards for my arm fracture. I appreciate that his staff could get me in to see him after a fall. He recommended conservative treatment in a cast and a return visit to make sure I am healing well. I also met his PA, Casey who I can see for follow up. They are both kind and very thorough and answered all my and my families questions. I found that they discussed my care, 2 for 1! Thanks to the staff for their humor and friendliness.

I was sent to a physician and diagnosed with lateral epicondylitis. After 3 months of doing the exercises, resting, and activity modification and it didn't get better. I asked for a referral to someone specializing in the arm. Dr. Richards was the referral and he got me in promptly. He examined me and dx: radial tunnel syndrome, same area different problem and different tx. Dr. Richards did an injection and it has been better ever since. I am thrilled. If you need a specialist for your shoulder, elbow, wrist, hand he is the man. Don't waste your time somewhere else getting the run around. He really knows his stuff and has a humorous bedside manner. Dr. Richards!!

I saw Dr. Richards for epicondylitis. It was a problem that is hard to fix without complete rest. I tried conservative treatments and still needed an injection. Dr. Richards was clear about what I needed to do to improve the problem and what he was able to do to assist me. He did an injection that really helped but I understood that I had to continue with my stretches. His staff was friendly. He is a doctor I would highly recommend. He is direct and detailed but I like the "cut to the chase" communication.

Worst experience in all my life, and worst patient care. It is obvious you hate Utah and the Mormons I do not need to hear you make fun of us prior to walking in the door. Keep your mouth shut people might like you, o wait no they wont. you can not keep your mouth shut you cry like a baby when you do not get your way. this is what your employees tell me.

I saw Dr. Richards recently for my shoulder. I had injured it playing baseball with friends. The appointment was easy to schedule, my wait was about 20 min and I was very happy with my care. Dr. Richards was knowledgable and took time to answer my questions. I appreciate his expertise and ability to shoot me straight on his recommendations. I hope I don't have any other injuries but if I do, I will go to him again.

Dr. Richards is fantastic. He took great care of our son and I am so grateful for his care and compassion. His credentials and experience speak for themselves. There are a lot of good surgeons out there but I highly recommend Dr. Richards! Ogden is lucky to have him.

Doctor Richards was very knowledgable about my elbow condition. He had several recommendations from conservative to aggressive treatment. My elbow is improving with his help. The staff was upbeat and courteous. I would recommend him to family and friends with arm problems. He is well trained in these conditions. I am glad we have this medical expertise in the Ogden area.

Dr. Brett Richards took wonderful care of my Trigger Finger. This illness was hindering my daily activities by "locking" with movement. After conservative treatment with injections, it was decided to have surgery to completely alleviate my problem. The surgery was successful. I now have full use of my hand with no visible scar. Dr. Brett Richards is a personable, thorough, knowledgable Orthopedic Doctor. I am very happy with my care.
