Dr. Brian Patrick Farrell, MD

Dr. Farrell was the consummate professional. While my problem was fairly simple, he was thorough and provided a coherent explanation. Also, he resolved the issue.

Dr. Farrell took in short notice to help me with my ear issues which he corrected. Ver nice Doctor.

I have been seeing Dr. Farrell every 4-6 months for over 40 years since my ear surgery with Dr. Scaramella. He has always been nothing but kind and very professional with me. He always listens to my concerns and always explains things to me so I can understand. He never rushed me out. I have referred him to my friends and they really are happy with him. The staff has always been very friendly and I never had any problems with them. I've also been treated by Linda, their audiologist and she is also great. I've never had a problem waiting long in the waiting room. I saw Dr. Farrell last week and was very sad to see him retire but I hope he has wonderful and healthy retirement. I will be seeing one of his associates but nobody can fill his shoes. I wish him the best forever and he will be missed by many patients. .

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Farrell for 30 plus years. My visits with him have always been very pleasant. After seeing two specialist with no concrete diagnosis, I then went to Dr. Farrell who properly diagnosed my ailment. He is an awesome doctor. He has a great bedside manner and is an exceptional doctor. I’m surprised by the two negative review I read! Those individuals must be very disagreeable persons.

I visited Dr. Farrell yesterday since my current ENT was booked. I honestly had a great experience, he was quick and straight to the point. He wasn’t rough he was actually pretty gentle. I’ve been sick a lot lately and was recently in the ER so the fact I was able to be seen quickly and get the right medication was a relief.

I was supposed to be scheduled to see an audiologist. all he did was removed a little earwax and said there is nothing i can do for you. i was there for 5 minutes and i had to ask him about the audiologist appt. he gave me a card and flew out the room like i was a piece of shit. i feel i should have my 40.00 co pay refunded, because of the way i was treated. i have disputed this payment with my bank as well

From the staff to the Doctor I was gladly impressed. The office was clean and a nice warm feeling. The Doctor explain each part of the exam completely and in terms that I was able to easily understand.

The doctor was very polite very clear. I hear what he had to say. The staff was very pleasant

It went well. Dr explained and asked to call when the ear plug is out so they will give application urgently.

I wish I would’ve read the reviews before going to him. He was EXTREMELY rough! Although he was nice, it didn’t take away from the painful experience. I’ve been to this practice PLENTY of times. The staff have ALWAYS been nice and courteous. My regular doctor was booked and I needed treatment sooner than what I could get and was told Dr. Farrell was available. Worse decision EVER! I will never see him again. He’s heavy handed. With one hand he was pressing my head into the chair and with the other he was roughly digging into my ear with the instruments. It was horrible. Never again.
