Great doctor with great prices

I have visited Dr. Lain 4 times now, I would not change to another doctor for any reason. Very professional and courteous. Dr. Lain's diagnosis may have saved my life, I have a rare skin cancer that he diagnosed after the first visit.....did not have to go back 3 or 4 times before I could get an answer as you see with many doctors. I highly recommend his practice.

I had loose skin under my chin, discolored skin, and laugh lines. Jennifer used Botox and Restylane on my face. Botox on my forehead and around eyes and Restylane around my lip area and laugh lines. The results were fantastic and immediate. This encouraged me to get another procedure. I saw Stacey for the Exilis treatment. She was VERY SWEET and went out of her way to make me comfortable. I drank lots of water before the procedure. I explained to her that I had saved for a long time to be able to improve my appearance. She reassured me that she had done the procedure many times with great results. After we finished the series of procedures, I still didn't see a change. She told me that it would take a while for the skin to tighten. She then did an IPL treatment on me. She said I would only need one because I didn't have that much damage. She told me that my freckles would darken more and the other discolored areas would darken more and then fall off. I avoided the sun and did… everything she suggested including not rubbing my face or washing aggressively. My skin never peeled at all. Truly, even though the procedure was painful, the results were as if I had just washed my face with soap and water. NOTHING CHANGED. The injections wore off three weeks afterward. I now have a deep line above my lip where one of the injections had been placed. There isn't a laugh line here and I didn't have the line before. It doesn't go away. I mentioned all of this to Stacey and she told me about a special they were running the following month on Botox.

I would highly recommend Dr. Ted Lain for his impeccable staff, operation consistent service in a relaxed environment and spectacular results. I am a happy repeat customer maintaining a healthful present and future.

The couple of experiences I've had directly with Dr. Lain are very good, his diagnostics were very accurate and the medications he gave me worked perfectly. My bad experience is more against his staff. I just got off the phone trying to make an appointment. The assistant told me that I couldn't schedule because of a due balance, which I paid in full last year as soon as I knew I had it. I asked her if she could check again and she told me that I should contact with the collection agency that works with them. First of all, I consider that's something they need to do, since I made my part of paying and I'm their customer. I asked her if they could check with them, and, after putting me on hold for a few minutes, she gets back on the phone and tells me I should be the one making the contact. I have no problem contacting the agency, even if, again, I consider I shouldn't be the one doing it. But the bad experience came up next. Right after she gave me the news, she… starts dictating the agency's information, so I interrupt her because I didn't have where to write down at that moment. Instead I ask her if she could send me via email the information, when I surprisingly get no for an answer because "she had no time to do so". She tells me to call back whenever I am ready with pen in hand and hangs up. Talk about client experience. I know for sure I'm not going back again, because even that Dr. Lain is pretty good, what makes their staff think their minute is more valuable than a patient's time? I don't think the Dr might be aware of this, but this is something they really need to fix.

I went to see Dr. Lain for the wrinkles on my forehead, my crows feet and the lines between my brows. I also had adult acne that was driving me nuts. For the Botox I was extremely pleased with how he made me look like a younger, more rested me. It was not a plastic, fake look - just natural and exactly what I was looking for! It has been over a month now and I am loving how the Botox looks. For my adult acne he gave me a topical prescription cream and put me on a cleansing regimen with both OTC products and some products from his line. I am so thrilled that I have finally been able to control this acne!

I am a physcian myself, so I have pretty high standards. He exceeded my expectations. I think Dr. Lain is a kind, caring and knowledgeable dermatologist. He always takes time with me to treat my medical concerns. He is up to date on the newest reserach and uses this information to make my care better. I have started sending my wife to him for cosmetics; he is never pushy, and he makes her look fantastic.

I went to see Dr Lain for a skin rash. He spent the time to understand my symptoms,to listen to my concerns, and to educate me on the diagnosis and treatment. I felt that he was very thorough and really knew what he was talking about.

I've been getting botox for the past 4 years and Dr. Lain was able to lessen the age lines without freezing my face. He did a great job in comparison to other experiences I've had. The only complaint I have is that it wasn't easy to get an appointment. I had to leave more than one voicemail during business hours before being called back days later.
