My CHILD broke his back in 2 places. He was on a series of medication ( about 17 pills a day at one point) I inquired about a doctors note for school when he was in too much pain to attend. The nurse requested that I get Disability paperwork from his school. My husband sent back the paperwork to the nurse. We are now being told that he doesn’t feel that he should sign the paperwork, that the referring physician should. WHY WHEN YOU SENT USE TO GET AN MRI and delivered the treatment plan and brace?! Also let me note that I explained that the medication he was on was NOT WORKING. I was told that he doesn’t like to give strong medication to minors. A minor that has TWO BREAKS IN HIS BACK needs stronger medication. This doctor doesn’t listen nor does he care! He wasn’t happy when he realized I went to a different provider than recommended for the MRI. He then said my insurance wanted to charge $500 for a brace. How when I’ve met my deductible?! So he wanted me to pay them $500 directly.… I’m definitely reporting him to the board.

I want so badly to write this true review of what my 83-year-old mother has gone through with this doctor, however, I am going to call them back tomorrow as their voicemail is full and after that, I will continue with my review depending on how this call goes I’m just trying to get his email directly so I can Request some answers. I’ll be back. !!!

So many things wrong with this place. Long wait times. Rude staff. Rushed when they do see you. Do they have three minute limit? Seems like it. In summary, it’s all about the dollar, not the patient. Referred to a surgeon. They requested a MRI with their preferred facility, but here is the thing; my insurance doesn’t provide coverage for this facility. Normally, the diagnostic facility will verify coverage and schedule an appointment. Not this preferred facility. The preferred facility and the orthopedic physicians are more than happy with you getting uninsured treatment and personally footing the entire bill. So, tell them of a covered facility you say. Yep. Done that on multiple occasions but they just sit on the MRI referral to anyone but their preferred facility. They don’t call it in. Almost a month and ten phone calls later. Be careful, folks. I’m looking elsewhere for treatment,

Dr. Wieser performed back surgery that corrected the problem I was experiencing. There was never any pain during recovery. Best surgeon. Highly recommend.

Dr Wieser explained what the surgery was going to do and what to expect afterwards. He answered all my question in a way that I could understand. He and his staff were always attentive to anything that would make me comfortable.

I was in the medical profession for 43 years. I have worked in several fields for several doctors. Hands down Eric is the worse doctor I have ever met! Both of my appts. were terrible. His body language-His hand was basically on the door knob the whole appt.! No eye contact with me. I had to tell him about my case not the other way around! He did NOT care at all about his patients!!!

My treatment and care by Dr. Wieser and staff is beyond doubt one of the best medical/surgical encounters that I’ve had. He was able to provide me with a diagnosis and corrective care I needed. He explained what needed to be done, how he would do it and what to expect, all of which proved to be so. Thanks to surgery my pain is gone, mobility is back.

I went in with a herniated disc with very little leg pain and some back pain after what should have been a simple surgery, I came out needing to use a cane for the rest of my life and one of the most painful Incurable life long conditions out there. I was 27. How many 27-year-olds do you see need a cane from a discectomy? Please stay away from this man. His Bedside manners are pretty bad as well. Gave a report to Baylor Ortho Arlington and.... nothing

I had a discectomy with Dr. Weiser almost 12 years ago now! I honestly forget I ever had back surgery sometimes. It was such a wonderful experience; aI even felt relief the day of my surgery. I had tried everything else first, tons of physical therapy, steroid injections, pain medicines, and nothing helped. After 8 months of suffering, I was sent to Dr. Weiser and got my old life back! I was to the point I couldn't straighten my leg because of the pain and numbness. I and am so glad I went to Dr. Weiser. A friend was talking today about their terrible back pain, and possible upcoming surgery today, and I said "Go to Dr. Weiser!"
