Dr. Nathan Edwin Lesley, MD

First time to see Dr Lesley and I really liked him. He took the time to explain the procedure in detail and sent Tammy right in to setup the details with me. Tammy told me she would call me the next morning to confirm with the Dr on the surgery day, the details of the surgery and my out of pocket cost. During the next 7 days I called 4 different times to talk with Tammy and always had to leave a message, see was never available for a callback and never got one. On the 7th day of waiting, now 3 days before my “tentative scheduled” surgery, I called and told the receptionist my situation and told her I am just canceling my surgery all together. I also said if this is the way your office treats new patients, I’ll find someone else that cares. Very…very disappointing to say the very least.

I had minor surgery which went horribly wrong. I needed a second surgery and was on IV antibiotics for 6 weeks. It is now over 3 months later and I still don't have full use of my finger.

Dr. Lesley is a fantastic hand surgeon. He first operated on my right hand a few weeks later my left. He clearly explained what surgeries were needed and what my options were. He was very gentle my injured hands as he examined them. My surgeries went smoothly & healed perfectly. After I was released for therapy I was referred to a phenomenal therapist in my area who is also an expert & compassionate as well. I was also very pleased with my appts with Dr Lesley's PA, Maggie. She was also a great encounter. I would highly recommend Dr Lesley & his staff.

They refused to see my daughter due to her injury being caused by an auto accident. I will call Baylor and let them know to remove him from the referral list because he will not accept referrals with auto accident injuries.

I have seen my fair share of doctors and their staff since the age of six due to a disease I was born with. Dr. Lesley performed hand surgery on me (not related to my disease) and he was remarkable. Every part of the whole process was amazingly easy and impressive. From the doctor, staff, and the surgical team, my experience was outstanding.

One of the nicest and most competent doctors I have ever been to. Very compassionate and knowledgeable. Took his time, explained everything thoroughly. I highly recommend him!! Thank you Dr. Lesley for a wonderful experience. Also his office staff and nurses are wonderful and the wait time was the shortest I’ve ever experienced. A+ in my books!!

He clearly and specifically explained my options in a way that was easy to understand, and he explained cost options, as well as what his overall recommendation would be in the end. He presented it in a way that let you know that if you wanted to go a different route with treatment, he would respect it, and didn't push or make you feel like you had to follow his advice.

Dr.Lesley performed surgery on my left hand and I have had excellent results. I was in a great deal of pain before surgery and now since the surgery I am pain free. He is an extremely talented surgeon as well as having a very good bedside manor. I would highly recommend this doctor.

Dr.Lesley has a wonderful bedside manner. He is patient and emphatic to what you may be going through. He has spent extra time with me to answer all my questions.
