Dr. Francisco Javier Otero, MD

Dr. Otero is very professional and courteous and detailed on patient's medical issues and informs patients on what measures should be taken to correct the medical issues.

The appointment with Dr. Otero was my first meeting with him. It was on time with no extra waiting, and the personnel in his office were very friendly and efficient. I had my sister with me because, I am hard of hearing. When Dr. Otero entered he quickly put both of us at ease. He explained the procedures and repeated when it was necessary because my sister was taking notes. I never felt rushed. Dr. Otero seemed interested in my problems without discounting them or over inflating them. I was in his office because Dr. Verellen said he was the best cardio person in this area. She also said the Echo that she was basing her recommendation on didn’t show an emergency event but thought it might be time due to my age to get to know someone in this field of medicine. What I feel now is “looked after.” This is what all people want in their doctors. Thank you.

Dr. Otero and his staff are great! He is very thorough & personable & gives clear explanations always. The staff is patient & efficient from his medical staff to the scheduler & all office workers. I am so appreciative of receiving such great care! It means so much.

Dr. Otero is one of the best doctors I have met in a long time. Going to the doctor is not something I enjoy doing, however Dr. Otero's manner and personality make his visits so much easier. I always leave there feeling comforted and confident in his diagnosis.
